Programme design and delivery support for a state-scale AI initiative — turning an ambitious mandate into pilots that actually run.
Problem
A government with the will to use AI in service delivery, but no execution blueprint: which problems, which data, which teams, and how to build the capacity to sustain it.
Approach
We helped shape the programme architecture, ran hands-on pilots against real departmental problems, and trained officials to specify, procure, and oversee AI work themselves.
Outcome
Pilots moved from proposal to live use, and the delivery model is being extended to more departments.
