Problem
Every construction project is legally required to keep an OSHA-compliant (29 CFR 1926) site safety manual. Producing one means weeks of a consultant cross-referencing dozens of standards; quality drifts between projects, roles, and project types; and there's no fast way to check an existing manual for gaps before an inspection or after an incident.
Approach
A multi-agent pipeline. A Planner builds an OSHA-aligned outline tuned to the project type; a Writer drafts every section with specific 29 CFR 1926 citations, checklists, and tables, blending in the client's own uploaded safety policy; an Assembler compiles a versioned, print-ready manual with a branded cover, table of contents, compliance tables, and a sign-off page. A separate Review agent audits any manual — AI-generated or not — and returns a section-by-section report with missing required sections and severity-rated issues mapped to OSHA standards. Built on FastAPI and PydanticAI (GPT-4.1 / GPT-4o) with async generation, automatic DOCX-to-PDF conversion, and S3 delivery.
Outcome
A multi-week consulting engagement becomes an automated run that finishes in minutes, every section citation-backed, with a built-in way to self-audit manuals before they reach a regulator or client.
