A district-level programme building local AI capacity — curriculum, mentorship, and real projects shipped by local teams.
Problem
Districts have data and problems worth solving but little local capacity to apply AI, and one-off training rarely sticks.
Approach
A cohort model: foundational curriculum, then mentored delivery of a real project each team takes to production — so the capability stays after we leave.
Outcome
Local teams now build and run their own AI-assisted workflows.
